The main smoke treatment location of steel plant is including raw materials, blast furnace gas, pellet, sintering, coal injection, white ash kiln, casting, continuous rolling, coking plant, iron smelting, steelmaking and other workshops. We will choose different filter material according to the working conditions.

The source of dust in raw material workshop is iron ore powder, normal temperature filter cloth is adapted to it(Max. Temperature 120)

Blast furnace gas, high temperature filter cloth is adapted to it(temperature220-280)

Pellet workshop, normal temperature filter cloth is adapted to it(Max. Temperature 120)

Sintering workshop, It can be divided into sintered tail and head. Generally, under normal working conditions, the sintered tail uses metamax needling filter material and the head uses normal temperature needling felt (can be designed and manufactured as customers actual conditions).

Coal injection workshop, anti-static polyester needle felt cloth is adapted to it.

White dust workshop, generally, high temperature resistant composite needling felt or corrosion resistant high temperature resistant composite needling felt is adopted to it.

Casting room、rolling workshop，normal temperature filter cloth is adapted to it

Iron and steel workshop, partly use high - temperature composite needling felt.
